Problems We Solve
Cameras that drop or go offline: tracing "random" disconnects to their real cause.
Recording and storage problems: footage missing, gaps, or servers that won't keep up.
Access control that won't cooperate: readers, controllers, door hardware and power faults.
Network and PoE issues: switching, bandwidth and power behind unstable systems.
Mixed and aging systems: getting old and new equipment to work together.
Platforms we work with include GeoVision, Nx Witness, Digital Watchdog, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Axis, Alibi, VIDIX Control, Ubiquiti UniFi, Honeywell MAXPRO Cloud and ONVIF devices.

When a camera, VMS or access-control problem is beyond your team, send us the ticket, system details and logs.
We confirm the hours before starting, work behind your team, and hand back written findings you can deliver under your own brand.

Who We Work With
Small and mid-size integrators who need a senior escalation path without adding staff.
In-house IT teams responsible for a camera or access system they didn't design.
Facilities and operations managers who need a written root cause before approving more spending.

How a Remote Engagement Works
1. Book and describe the symptoms. Platforms, camera or door count, and what you've already tried.
2. Connect securely. You provide supervised remote access, and we work only where you allow.
3. Find the cause. We read the logs, check the timing, and test until the cause is confirmed.
4. Get it in writing. Plain-language findings your team, customer or boss can act on.
5. Fix it or hand it off. Use a Fix-it Block, or give the plan to your own techs.

CASE STUDY
Municipal district: multi-site wireless camera system
Problem: A special-purpose municipal district's camera system had never worked reliably. The VMS was unstable, the control-room workstations didn't work, and several vendors blamed each other.
What we did: Retained by the district's legal counsel for a third-party technical review of the original design, pricing and project documents, delivered as a written technical report.
What we found: An overcomplicated point-to-point wireless design, multi-sensor cameras with views blocked by trees and buildings, and no single party responsible for the finished system.
What we recommended: A VMS a local integrator can support, with remote health monitoring; keep the 60 GHz links that were working; and move a viewing workstation to where staff actually work.
